BMAF 2008 TOUR

BMAF Convention Tour          February 11-18, 2008

The 2008 BMAF tour group visited the archaeological ruins of Copan in Honduras and Quirigua in Guatemala.  We boated up the Caribbean coast from Puerto Barrios to Livingston and then up the Rio Dulce to Lago de Izabal.
Each evening we enjoyed Book of Mormon lectures from LDS scholars and archaeologists.  Kathy Black, whose master's thesis was on Copan, gave an intriguing slide presentation.  Ric Hauck, who has spent years on site in this area, shared his findings with us.
