(Editor's Note:  Proponents of the "Heartland Model" claim that statements in the Times and Season by Joseph Smith about looking to Mesoamerica to find Book of Mormon lands was written by someone other than the prophet.  They claim that Joseph was not in Nauvoo on the dates these articles were published and therefore could not be the author.  Follows is a chronology of Joseph Smith's whereabouts day by day between March 1, 1842 and November 15, 1842)
